Looking back at my career path, I see it as a journey from the courtroom to the boardroom. From tackling commercial litigation at Cabinet Aurelle, to navigating complex cross-border M&A at Bilenne & Associés, and now serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Veltrix Industrial Group, every transition has been an intentional step toward expanding my professional scope.

A question I’m often asked is: "How do you break out of the 'lawyer's mindset' to become a business partner?" My answer is simple: Law should not be a speed bump for a business, it should be its navigation system.

In my transition from private practice to in-house counsel, I’ve realized that legal analysis alone is no longer enough to drive value. Today, my role is about the intersection of law and strategy:
