• Transitioning successfully across multiple international geographies and cultures, spanning Brazil, Poland, Germany and Luxembourg.

• Moving from heavy industrial execution (foundry and manufacturing) up to regional Vice President and General Manager roles overseeing full P&L accountability for billion-dollar-level divisions.

How I Solved

• Navigating large-scale corporate transformations, including post-merger integrations, acquiring and absorbing new companies, and pivoting traditional combustion operations toward electric vehicle (EV) electrification.

• Launching and scaling greenfield manufacturing plants and R&D centers from scratch, such as building facilities in Poland and Brazil on-time, on-budget, and without customer disruption.

• Reorganizing global supply chain strategies by developing strategic suppliers across emerging economies (Brazil, Mexico, India, China, Korea, and Eastern Europe) to meet strict cost, quality, and capacity goals.

• Implementing complex manufacturing footprints, transferring major product lines across international plants, and driving cost optimizations and efficiency improvements across a 2,000-employee, $1 billion business unit.
