• Employee to founder, running my own company (EURL) in France with clients across Africa, Latin America and the CIS.
• Expatriate to returning independent, rebuilding a client base from zero after Moscow.

How I Solved

• Rebuilding credibility outside a big company's logo, through a book, 30+ papers, a niche website and a podcast.
• Generating client pipeline with no sales team, across four continents.
• Getting paid across borders as a one-person company.
• Staying technically credible without a lab or a team, by continuing to publish and review for SPE.
• Using AI as a practical productivity tool for a one-person practice, and knowing what it doesn't replace.
