I've spent nearly 10 years in the startup world, from sales enablement at IBM, to co-founding a deep tech startup, to now leading training and community for founders at HEC Paris and Station F, one of Europe's biggest startup ecosystems, leading a team that I took from 1 to 6, and a business unit I turned from 100K€/year to 800K€/year. I help entrepreneurs and teams sell, grow and find their path. I've navigated career switches, built things that failed before they worked, and learned to land the roles I really wanted. Happy to share what I've learned along the way.

How I Switched
