Table of Contents
1. Commission Rates
FlintOne SAS, operator of the Platform beamthru, charges a Commission of 18% of the Net Session Price on each Session from your earnings.
Early bird incentive: Path Sharers who complete onboarding before 31 October 2026 will enjoy a permanent preferential Commission rate of 10%.
Net Session Price calculation:
If you DO NOT collect VAT on your sessions: Net Session Price = Gross Session Price set by you
If you ARE required to collect and remit VAT: Net Session Price = Gross Session Price set by you ÷ (1 + VAT rate of your country)
Here VAT refers to the VAT applicable to your service, if you are required to collect and remit it to the tax authorities.
2. VAT on Commission
The total deduction of FlintOne consists of the Commission and the applicable VAT.
Here VAT refers to the VAT applicable to FlintOne’s Commission.
| Your Location & VAT Status | Applicable Commission VAT | FlintOne’s Total Deduction |
|---|---|---|
| France (all statuses) | French VAT (20%) | Commission + 20% VAT |
| EU other than France (no VAT number) | Local VAT rate of your country | Commission + Local VAT |
| EU other than France (with VAT number) | 0% (Reverse Charge) | Commission only |
